The program will take place from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on August 28 and 29, expected to gather around 50 booths covering an area of approximately 600 square meters, creating a space for introduction, promotion, and connection for the consumption of Ngọc Linh Ginseng products, medicinal herbs, and products processed from medicinal herbs.

The booths are arranged in areas including: displaying Ngọc Linh Ginseng and products processed from Ngọc Linh Ginseng; displaying medicinal herbs and products processed from medicinal herbs; demonstrations and experiences with Ngọc Linh Ginseng and medicinal herbs.

The highlight of the program is the experiential space linking products with local culture and community activities. During the event, visitors can enjoy gong dances and Xoang circle dances of the mountainous ethnic communities, thereby recreating the distinctive cultural space of the Ngọc Linh Ginseng cultivation area.

In addition, street music will be featured throughout the program with the participation of young music groups and independent artists, creating a lively atmosphere and increasing interaction with locals and tourists. Traditional folk games will also be organized, contributing to a space for exchange, experience, and the promotion of traditional cultural values.

Not only serving as a product promotion activity, the program aims to establish a connection between Ngọc Linh Ginseng, medicinal herbs, and culture and tourism, thereby enhancing the value and brand recognition of Ngọc Linh Ginseng and herbal products of Danang city.

According to the plan, the program simultaneously creates opportunities for businesses and cooperatives to connect with distributors and partners both domestically and internationally, expand their consumer markets, and promote exports. Participating units have the chance to access information about the market, quality standards, and legal regulations; enhance production and business capabilities; and accelerate the application of digital technology in trade promotion. 

The organization of the program also aims to concretize the policies and directions for the development of Ngọc Linh Ginseng and medicinal herbs, gradually promoting the formation of a value chain from production and processing to commerce and services within the city. 

With an approach that combines exhibition – experience – market connection, the August program is expected to expand the promotional space for Ngọc Linh Ginseng and Danang medicinal herbs, bringing the value of this “national treasure” closer to the public, tourists, and partners both domestically and internationally.
