Promoting Cooperation Between Da Nang and Belgium

On the afternoon of August 25, Standing Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee, Ho Ky Minh, hosted a meeting with Karl Van den Bossche, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Vietnam, and his delegation during their visit and working session in Da Nang.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh highly appreciated the cooperative relationship between Da Nang and Belgium. Currently, there are two Belgian FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) projects registered in Da Nang, with a total investment capital of approximately 40,000 USD.

Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh proposed that the Belgian Embassy and Ambassador Karl Van den Bossche continue to introduce Belgian investors and potential partners to explore opportunities for cooperation, investment, and business in Da Nang.

Mr. Doseba Tua Sinay, Chief Representative of WVI/Vietnam, stated that WVI is coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to finalize the project document for "Building a corridor for the protection of marine biodiversity and fishery resources in some localities in the Central region," with a total budget of over $2.6 million USD. Da Nang collaborates with Binance to develop blockchain technology and digital assets
