Opening 5 New Routes Connecting Viet Nam and Japan

In the morning on 13th March, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue and Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan Nikai Toshihiro attended the Ceremony of announcing 05 new routes connecting Viet Nam and Japan.

The five new routes include Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang – Nagoya, Ha Noi – Fukuoka and Ha Noi – Kagoshima. In particular, Nagoya and Fukuoka are the third and fourth largest cities in Japan, and Kagoshima is a city where a large number of Vietnamese are living and working.


Five new routes will contribute to further strengthening the extensive strategic cooperation relationship between Viet Nam and Japan

With a total of 10 routes connecting Ha Noi City, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang City with Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukouda, and Kagoshima, VietJet Airlines has created opportunities for people and tourists at low costs.

At the ceremony of announcing the 5 new routes, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue assessed that these five new routes would contribute to further strengthening the extensive strategic cooperation relationship between Viet Nam and Japan, while simultaneously promoting cultural and economic exchange between the people of the two countries, particularly contributing to the completion of  the goal of one million Japanese visitors to Viet Nam in 2020.
