At the meeting, Ambassador Yerlan Baizhanov showed how impressed he was with the dynamic development of Da Nang City in recent years. The Ambassador stated that Kazakhstan and Viet Nam in general and Da Nang in particular have many similar features and much potential for cooperation in economy, trade and tourism.

The Ambassador said that Kazakhstan would continue creating conditions for delegation exchanges and strengthening the cooperation between the localities of Kazakhstan and Da Nang City, implementing cultural and people exchanges between the two parties.

On behalf of the City’s leader, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh welcomed the visit and efforts of the Ambassador in Da Nang City. The Vice Chairman hoped that in the coming time, the Ambassador would support the City in connecting cooperation with the localities and organizations in Kazakhstan.

Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh stated that in recent years, cooperation programs between Da Nang City and partners in Kazakhstan have not been strengthened. Therefore, the Vice Chairman hoped that Mr. Yerlan Baizhanov as an Ambassador would be a bridge to promote the cooperation between the localities of Kazakhstan and Da Nang City. The City’s government always creates the best conditions to welcome enterprises from Kazakhstan to carry out surveys and make investments in the Hi-Tech Park and other industrial parks, tourism - cultural areas and education sector in the City.
