1. Documents
- Application to repatriate a corpse to Vietnam (Standard form)
- Exit certificate for the corpse or remains authenticated by State agencies in the host country;
- Certificate verifying the completion of hygiene or crematorium procedures granted by State agencies in the host country;
- Death certificate issued by the rep offices or State agencies in the host country;
- Health certificate issued by Vietnamese Ministry of Health.

2. Procedures
All documents must be submitted to an overseas Vietnamese rep agency.

After checking all the above-mentioned papers, the rep agency will issue an entry certificate for the corpse or remains.
