The Danang PC will compensate households influenced by site clearance of the Phan Chu Trinh - Hung Vuong Plaza project and Pham Hong Thai - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Yen Bai - Nguyen Chi Thanh area in Hai Chau 1 Ward, Hai Chau District.
The city authorities compensate for development of land leased from the state. Development before 8 January 1998 will be 100% compensated, and 80% for development from 8 January 1988 to 15 October 1993. Construction after 15 October 1993 will not receive compensation.
