-Registration for the issuance of an investment certificate is applied to projects which have an invested capital of below VND300 billion and not included in the list of investment sectors subject to conditions.

o Number of document sets:  03 copies including 1 original set
o Time limit for issuance of investment certificate: 05 working days.

- Evaluation for the issuance of an investment certificate applied to three kinds of projects as follows.

Type 1: Projects which have an invested capital of VND300 billion or more and not included in  the list of investment sectors subject to conditions.

Type 2: Projects which have an invested capital of VND300 billion or more and included in  the list of investment sectors subject to conditions.

Type 3: Projects which have an invested capital of below VND300 billion and included in  the list of investment sectors subject to conditions.

o Number of document sets
- For projects approved by the Prime Minister: 10 copies including 1 original set
- For projects approved by the People’s Committee of Danang City: 08 copies including 1 original set
- For projects approved by the Danang IZ Authority: 04 copies including 1 original set

o Time limit for issuance of investment license:
- Investment evaluation projects: 14 working days
- Projects evaluated by central ministries: 25 working days
- Projects approved by the Prime Minister: 30 working days.
