150 international volunteers will participate in a three-year program to assist, advise and take care of orphans, handicapped children, and agent orange and war victims. They will also support the construction of houses of gratitude, supply clean water for poor people and teach English to employees, members and volunteers of the Red Cross Association and disadvantaged adolescents.
